After Beijing wont the Olympic bidding in 2001,OBD began preparing the Olympic receptions activity. Currently we have:
◆Accommodation: 30plus 3 ☆– 5 ☆ hotels, more then 10,000 rooms scatter between inner city and 1,200 rooms with5 star hotels along the Olympic stadium. OBD QINHEWAN can provide temporary accommodation solution for more then 5,000 staff.
◆Transport: Owns a Fleet of 200 vehicles, another 500 vehicles been orders. Vehicle type as follow: Luxury Coach, commercial vehicles, luxury sedans and standard sedans. All the vehicle will be equipped with special permit along
with professional drivers.
◆Human resource: OBD already have a team consist of 600 personnel, working with different institutes provide qualified staff for Olympics. We predict OBD will exceed 3,000 service staff during the Beijing Olympic game.
◆OBD security team: All of them are retired Central guard unit and been undertaking V.I.P training course. Apart from that, OBD is well connected with BOCOG, Beijing Traffic Authority and varies government departments as extra backup.
◆Platinum clients reception area: OBD have takeover some of the property alongside of the security boundaries use for reception.
◆Food and Beverage: OBD have its own reception centre and restaurant, contracted hotel and restaurant around the
stadium.
◆Travel service: Carefully selected destination and partners, advance booking for airline and scenic tickets. Also with Beijing and local government assistance.
