Throughout the success in serve two Olympic Games, OBD have come across unexpected and difficult problems as follow:
◆Lack of accommodation in the inner city, clients force to choose far away
suburbs’. Inconvenient occur for both living and transportation.
◆Shortage of human resources or lack of coordination, insufficient knowledge
operating during the Olympic events lead to declining in service quality.
◆Shortage of reception area around the stadium, again will lead to confusion in reception.
◆The increase in number of tourist during Beijing Olympic, which can cause
shortage supply of scenic site tickets as result of unhappy journey.
◆During the Olympics shortage of all the restaurant and food court will be full
of people, improper diet can upset its stomach or having lots complaints.
◆Government staff will be in shortage, hence many unexpected things could
occurs. Incident do occur because don’t have the experience or not
prepared.
